I had such high hopes for today. I was going to get so much accomplished. I did get one thing done. I got the chocolate turkeys from Fannie May for Thanksgiving. (One is already gone with a second one soon to follow.) I was just getting on a roll with decluttering and was putting something away in a closet downstairs when I discovered a box full of old pictures that I had not seen in a long time. Of course I had to pull them out and take a stroll down memory lane and three hours later, wow, there were some great pictures. This first picture was taken by my dad when he and my nephew Arne picked Jack and me up at O'Hare when we came back from our honeymoon! Arne was 3. He is now a high school chemistry teacher!
This picture was taken in our condo. I think Wayne was about a year old. It just seems like yesterday! I loved that condo and those days were sweet.

I also found a ton of pictures from 98 and 99 that had been MIA. Such fun, such great memories. I am so glad that I am a picture-taking fool and have so many great photos to help me remember times and places and people. I will get back at the decluttering tomorrow. Or whenever.
