Background: Matthew has been a friend of Wayne's since kindergarten and his parents, Don and Susan, are very good friends of ours, too...actually we love the whole family. Paula and Matthew met at the University of Michigan (which we do not hold against them :)) and are currently working on their MBAs at Wharton. Total slackers. Paula will graduate in May and Matthew will graduate a year from May.
Matthew and Paula are having a destination wedding in Colombia, as in South America, not Missouri or South Carolina. Unfortunately, Jack and I cannot attend, but we are happy that Wayne is going and is in the wedding.
Yesterday, there was a shower for Paula in Lake Forest and it was just perfect. Lunch, laughs and lots of love. And great presents, too!
