Father's Day Fun

Sunday was Father's Day and we did our traditional get together with Jack's side of the family. Our tradition is to go to Downtown Sue's (Jack's sister) place. We missed it last year because Downtown Sue was sick, so it was especially fun to do it yesterday. Sue lives in an awesome location in the heart of the city. It was great to see everyone, though we missed Paul. After Downtown Sue's, we walked over to see Lauren's new apartment. It is such a great set up for her. It is newly renovated and just beautiful. It was a fantastic Father's Day! Here are some pictures from the party:

Bucky and three of his four kids, Sue, Jack and Mike, and then Bucky with his four grandkids, Wayne, Sally, Lauren and Brendan. For those readers who don't know, Lauren and Brendan are Mike (Jack's brother) and Sue's kids.

Since everyone did a nice job of listening and keeping their hands and feet to selves, I gave everyone a Silly Band. These Silly Bands are all the rage with the young crowd and I give them as prizes for good work in speech. I just happened to have some in my purse. Silly Bands are rubber bands that come in different shapes (such as cars, animals) and colors.
