Hanging with the Marmster

Jenny and I had a fun afternoon with Marmar. We started out with lunch at a restaurant co-owned by a family friend, John. Then we got the emissions test done on Mom's car. We were living right...just pulled in and there was no waiting. Can't beat that! We got the giggles because the guy said only the driver had to get out of the car and I, being the driver, didn't believe him! It was true and I had to go wait in a glass booth. I felt like I was in trouble or something!
You'll be pleased to know that the car passed the test. We also stopped to get some geraniums and then went to Walt's, Mom's home away from home/grocery store. She walks in there and everyone hugs her. My mother is a celebrity. Wayne will be happy to see the Kraft products in her basket. We headed back to Mom and Sue's and Jenny and I took Brooke out. Brooke, Susie's Newfie, is recovering from her ACL surgery. She is being quite the trooper. Brooke even helped us get the towel around her so we could assist her in walking outside. Sweet puppy.

Now it's time to get dinner on and maybe bang out a report.
